Adam created the Culinary Occasions "School" to pass on his passion for food and exposure to the culinary world to others that want to learn. The school offers a variety of different classes open to the public. Classes are themed for clients" interest and focus on a specific style of food such as A night in Rome, Mexican fiesta, Cruising the Mediterranean and etc. Specialized cooking technique classes are available for anyone wanting to know more about the basics of cooking - Knives 101, The Way of The Sauce, Pots and Pans, Food and Wine Pairing, etc.
With his easy going personality and aptitude for teaching others, Adam makes all classes' fun, hands on and definitely yummy! Adam Wiener Culinary Occasions Inc. offers clients the choice to book private classes for special occasions or just a night out with friends.
